The impact you will have:

As Territory Sales Leader, you lead our Territory Account Executives to success with daily coaching and strategic insights. With your help, they will expand our portfolio of services with existing clients and grow their book of business within an assigned territory. Working in the highly competitive B2B technology industry, you are laser-focused on ensuring reps hit KPI’s, achieve plan and build pipeline. You also shadow calls, help set targets and hire winners, fostering a high-energy, motivational environment. If reps are under-performing, you lead them to overcome obstacles and grow. You also embrace our customer engagement model by pushing your sellers to bring fresh, compelling, and tailored offerings to customers.

What you’ll do:

· Use your in depth sales expertise and business acumen to foster new relationships with our partners, uncover new opportunities and set the larger vision for your team.

· Analyze sales forecasts, spotting trends and extracting concrete insights from highly-analytical, data-driven reports

· Develop a deep understanding of our industry, always keen to learn more about what your customers want, and why.

What you’ll bring to the table:

· 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in the technology industry

· 2+ years sales experience with a technology reseller, vendor or distributor, in a telephone based sales environment

· Proven capacity to deliver measurable impact, be analytical and consistently meet quota

· Excellent written, oral and digital communication skills

· Additional leadership experience, such as sports coaching or volunteering, is considered

· Highschool diploma or equivalent, preferred
