The impact you will have:
The Territory Sales Leader 2 is responsible for providing leadership and execution for multiple teams across North America. Strategic leadership, strong performance management, superior execution and mentoring of your team will be instrumental to the success of the Manager. Requires inspirational leadership skills, the ability to develop managers, business and industry acumen, the ability to develop a strategy and programs to execute, operational and sales ability, customer passion, and high energy.
What you’ll do:
As our Sales Manager in TSD, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading a world class organization

Develop, coach and provide strategic leadership to Territory Account Executives

Demonstrating world class professionalism and ability to motivate and act as inspiration to team.

The ability to “deal with ambiguity” and have a strong organization agility to get things done.

Developing and implementing a strategic direction for teams which aligns to Territory Sales Division goals.

Outlining and implementing training roadmap to upskill reps and managers to deal with higher complexity accounts and subsequent solutions.

Demonstrating a customer first mindset with historical track record of lifting customer experience scores and corresponding effect on customer retention.

Helping create sales management processes and best practices for TSD organization

Managing Teertory Account Executives performance through regular one on ones

Working with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to create/improve internal TSD programs - Career Pathways, TSD Levels etc. that increase sales ability and business acumen

Analyzing year over year productivity and improve operational efficiencies

Working with internal groups to ensure strong customer and business outcomes

Working with Territory Account Executives on analyzing rep and market productivity and execute accordingly.
What you’ll bring to the table:
As our ideal candidate you’ll have:
-
4+ years of sales experience with proven results
- 1-2 years of sales leadership, experince in the tech sector is an added bonus
-
The desire to lead large teams in excess of 10 employees
-
Ability to execute and collaborate with the sales organization as a whole

Highschool diploma or equivalent, preferred
