As a Commercial Account Manager, you will manage both internal and external relationships to ensure you are driving the ultimate customer experience while guiding our customers towards their technology needs. Partnering with our extended network of vendors and partners, you will use your skills to assist our customers in making their business goals a reality through technology. 
What you’ll do: 

  • Responsible for the day-to-day Account Management of our customers.
  • Partner and support Field Account Executives to deliver an exceptional customer experience. 
  • Help customers with the proactive management of their multiple contracts and purchasing options.
  • Look for cross-sell/upsell opportunities for our customers.
  • Diversify and grow an active book of business.
  • Work with many technology vendors, partners, and specialists to assist your customers navigate the complex IT landscape.


What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Analytical and strategic, finding unique approaches to hitting your plan
  • Intent on learning about the ever-changing world of enterprise technology
  • High performing in a team environment
  • Requirement to follow a USA holiday schedule
  • Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
  • Full of confidence and business acumen, with exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Not afraid to break ground on new relationships and skillfully overcome challenges with customers and team members
  • An effective, metric-driven sales person with a proven track record of success
  • You will also have 1 to 3 years of sales, retail, or account management experience
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent, preferred
