The impact you will have:
An integral and highly visible role within our Workplace Experience team, this is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Reporting to the Workplace Operations Manager, you'll be the first impression of our brand-new headquarters, welcoming clients, candidates, partners, and executives alike.
You'll own the end-to-end visitor experience, creating moments that feel seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely memorable—from the second someone walks through the door to the moment they leave.
If you're someone who gets energy from creating great environments and unforgettable experiences, and you're driven to help people do their best work, you'll feel right at home here.
What you'll do:
- Be the face of the office - welcoming employees and guests with a warm, polished, and genuinely great first impression
- Keep the workplace humming by coordinating day-to-day operations (meeting rooms, supplies, mail/couriers—aka the behind-the-scenes magic)
- Manage the "Welcome" experience - from a tidy, inviting front area to seamless check-ins, visitor badges, and tracking
- Play a key role in bringing the office to life by supporting events, town halls, and team experiences
- Act as the connector between teams by working with vendors, building management, and internal partners to get things done
- Help keep our space looking and feeling world-class—clean, safe, accessible, and organized
- Stay on top of inventory, issue tracking, and workplace processes, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently
What you'll bring to the table:
- 3+ years in workplace or facilities management or hospitality (you've done this before—and you're good at it)
- A proactive, "see it, solve it" mindset—you're detail-oriented and self-driven, but also thrive in a team
- The ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- A track record of improving processes and making things better (not just maintaining the status quo)
- Strong skills across the Microsoft suite (your digital toolkit is sharp)
- Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities—you love juggling priorities and keeping everything on track
- Experience with workplace tech (AV, booking systems, security platforms, etc.)
- A passion for customer service - you know it's at the heart of a world-class employee experience
- Strong communication skills - clear, professional, and full of personality
- A true team player and self-starter - you jump in, help out, and make things happen
- Flexibility to support varied hours or locations when needed
