The impact you will have:  


This leadership position is responsible for leading our North American Hybrid Cloud Presales team. The right individual for this role will be responsible for ensuring our Pre-Sales teams of technical specialists are thriving in their positions, effectively overachieving their KPIs, delivering exceptional customer value and having fun.  


This role is also responsible for the team’s interaction and interoperability with other peer Business Development teams and other segments of the organization including Sales, Enablement and Marketing. The role requires strong people management and analytical skills for reviewing the business and suggesting new strategies to modernize and grow.  


What you’ll do:   


  • Managing and leading the North American Hybrid Cloud Pre-Sales Specialists team. 

  • Development and training of the team to ensure they grow professionally while enjoying their roles. 

  • Helping design, configure and assist in verifying technical configurations to meet customer business and technology requirements.  

  • Providing feedback surrounding pre-sales calls with customers, sellers and effectively managing their opportunities. 

  • Identifying areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness in support of the business. 

  • Provide cross-functional leadership across the organization. 


What you’ll bring to the table:  


  • Minimum 2 to 5 years management experience with desire to grow. 

  • Experience in the technology industry (channel or distribution sales); sales or presales experience is preferred.  

  • Should have expertise or prior experience with selling or supporting various technologies: VMware, Dell EMC, HPE or NetApp; Understand their sales motions and programs. 

  • Strategic thinking and a strong desire to develop a Team.  

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience, preferred.
