The impact you’ll have: 

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Softchoice, you play a meaningful role in shaping the full recruitment journey—from first impression to offer acceptance. You are a key partner in delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing background checks, and supporting offer execution with care and attention to detail. 

Working closely with our Talent Advisors and hiring leaders, you help ensure hiring goals are met efficiently while maintaining a people-first approach. This role directly supports our Inside Sales and Territory Sales recruitment efforts, along with our end-to-end Co-op program, helping build strong early-career and sales talent pipelines across the business. 

To be successful in this role, you bring strong communication and organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can balance multiple priorities while keeping the candidate experience front and centre.    

This is a 12-month contract opportunity. 
 

Whatyoulldo:    

  • Manage the execution of posting roles on various job boards and maintain job description repositories  
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an excellent candidate experience  
  • Prepare and send offers letters to selected candidate and process background checks  
  • Occasionally source potential candidates using various methods, such as resume databases, referrals, social media, and networking events  
  • Assist in the coordination of hiring events, such as job fairs (virtual and in person)  
  • Support coordination and engagement activities related to the Softchoice co-op program  
  • Participate in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed  
  • Manage and support the applicant tracking process (ATS) with updates and reporting  
  • Proactively identify system opportunities to ensure a smooth candidate experience  

 

What you’ll bring to the table:  

  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, i.e. SAP SuccessFactors 
  • Experience recruiting is an asset 
  • Understand Human Resources best practices; specifically, those related to recruitment  
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment 
  • Be highly organized with the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment  
  • Be self-motivated- comfortable working with ambiguity  
  • Pro-actively manage commitments to achieve multiple priorities  
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion  

 

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 annually. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. 
 

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
