As the Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing specific aspects of multiple Microsoft programs and initiatives. This role will be primarily focused on building the frameworks and programs required to support the execution of Softchoice’s go-to-market strategy through Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI) funding programs and the Azure Marketplace.
As a Microsoft Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and orchestrate programs to support the successful execution of Softchoice’s GTM strategy through Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI) funding and the Azure Marketplace.
- Build the framework for identifying, qualifying, prioritizing, and tracking MCI-funded customer engagements.
- Capture reporting requirements to measure funding utilization, program compliance, marketplace performance, and business outcomes.
- Manage and oversee activities related to MCI nominations, approvals, execution milestones, proof of execution, claims, and supporting documentation.
- Build the program for developing, publishing, and managing Microsoft-aligned professional services and solutions through the Azure Marketplace.
- Develop sales enablement assets, playbooks, and communications that help sellers position MCI funding and Azure Marketplace purchasing options with customers.
- Develop resources and establish a framework to align sales, services, finance, operations, marketing, offer owners, technical teams, and Microsoft stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate…
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance or related field in program management, process management, process improvement; and master's degree in any related field; or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of combined experience in project management; process management and process improvement; program management; change management processes; operational execution for large-scale activities and initiatives; or related work experience.
- Professional certification in project management, such as PgMP or PMP, or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certified Professional with a minimum of two active certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, Security, Data, or related solution areas.
- Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex and multifaceted challenges.
- Possesses strong executive communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Understands the Microsoft partner ecosystem and has the ability to leverage funding, incentive, marketplace, co-sell, and cloud GTM programs to accelerate partner alignment, services growth, and execution.
Approx Salary range 91,200 - 114,000 + 12% bonus
