The impact you will have:

 

As our Demand Generation Specialist, you will help develop and drive demand generation programs, supporting customer expansion and new customer acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for building, managing, and reporting on multi-channel programs that drive conversions, customer engagement, platform adoption, and expansion opportunities.

The Demand Generation Specialist will have experience and proven success in email marketing and automation, paid advertising, analytics, 3rd aarty programs, and account-based marketing.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Build and enhance email marketing programs that drive customer expansion, retention, and product adoption.
  • Create customer-centric, data-driven email experiences to improve usability, engagement, and key metrics (MAA, monthly active users (MAU), transactions etc.).
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop, test, deploy, and report on solution and partner-led email journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into effective lifecycle experiences.

Paid Advertising & ABM

  • Design, manage, and optimize multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns supporting acquisition and expansion (via ZoomInfo Marketing platform, LinkedIn, and other channels)
  • Coordinate and execute media buy and demand generation programs with B2B marketing partners.
  • Support digital marketing requirements for annual partner programs across all tiers.

Reporting & Channel Management

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance against baseline performance metrics, delivering insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, timelines, and deliverables for seamless execution.
  • Share learnings and data driven recommendations to improve program performance.
  • Maintain adherence to Asana based campaign intake and execution frameworks.
  • Track IOs, SOWs, invoices, and program documentation for reconciliation and governance.
  • Ensure all programs meet Softchoice brand standards before deployment.
  • Maintain standardized integration and reporting across Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM (SFDC).

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

 

  • Experience managing marketing programs for multiple stakeholders and collaborating effectively across cross functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), including email automation, journey building, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate success in running account-based marketing programs via paid advertising and email marketing
  • Ability to identify customer and intent signals and translate them into actionable, data‑driven marketing activities.
  • Strong understanding of paid media and email marketing metrics and how to apply them to optimize performance.
  • Experience with product or behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude) and experimentation frameworks preferred
  • Experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, PBI, etc.) and a track record of making data-informed decisions
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • 3 years of digital marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in a B2B environment.

 

Compensation:

 

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Ontario is $62,400 to $78,000 annually + 8% as target incentives.

 

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
