The impact you will have:


The Solution Advisor, Google Workspace, is a customer-facing role focused on helping customers leverage Advisory Services offered by Softchoice. The incumbent is expected to provide hands-off guidance for implementation and driving the active user base for Google Workspace.


The Solution Advisor, Google Workspace, will act as a coordinator of engagement between Softchoice and customers as we help customers use the Google platform efficiently and effectively to meet their needs.


What you’ll do:


  • Work with Softchoice Customers to oversee and coordinate the customer onboarding journey, customer experience, and overall customer relationship.
  • Work closely with Technical Advisor for Google Workspace to address customer solution needs and drive success with their Google Workspace deployments. 
  • Attend customer meetings to deliver Google Workspace advisory services (hands-off, remote delivery).
  • Document and update Softchoice Google Workspace delivery processes and methodology.
  • Identify opportunities to do better for our customers (process, tools, technology) to increase overall impact.
  • Provide input to members from Services and pre-sales to determine the best methodology to scale delivery of Google Workspace advisory services at Softchoice.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across different groups within Softchoice, within the customer organization and the Google partner teams.


What you’ll bring to the table:


  • 5+ years of direct customer-facing experience or project management abilities.
  • Project Coordination and/or project management skills.
  • Strong expertise in Google Workspace or GSuite.
  • Consulting and/or Delivery experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of customers and possess an understanding of the onboarding process for Google Workspace.
