The impact you'll make:
The Softchoice Services Renewals Advisor (SRA) is responsible for owning and executing a portfolio of Cisco renewal contracts in their assigned territory. SRA’s partner with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success to secure every renewal on time. They are responsible for minimizing financial attrition, locking in the most favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities and providing insights to the business that improve future outcomes. The CRA is responsible for ensuring that customers are set up for success while maximizing the financial results for Softchoice.
As a Softchoice Cisco Services brand ambassador, the SRA is chartered to execute sales strategies aligned to retaining, expanding and modernizing our customer base while building trusted advisor relationships with our sellers, customers and vendors.
What you’ll do:
- Manage all Cisco Services contract renewals for your dedicated territory
- In partnership with Sales, develop the renewal strategy for each customer to drive maximum retention, customer satisfaction and opportunity growth
- Participate in client meetings as an SME to identify customer requirements and provide valuable insights on their Cisco services agreements
- Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and work cross-functionally to put the best proposal possible in front of the customer
- Build trusted advisor relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and vendor contacts at all levels
- Identify potential roadblocks/CSAT concerns early and resolve issues proactively
- Utilize CCW-R and SFDC to provide quote updates for clients in a timely manner
- Accurately maintain a rolling 120 day view of all accounts and regularly provide business forecast to management
- Responsible for ensuring all renewals close on-time, maintaining accurate forecast in SFDC
- Responsible for determining loss reason when a customer does not renew and provide feedback/insights back to management for process/offering improvement
- Regularly review Cisco Sales Connect portal for relevant training and upskill opportunities
What you’ll bring to the table:
- A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field
- 3+ years experience working in a similar role with a successful track record
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and manage client needs
- Past experience in a customer facing role and a proven ability to build relationships with clients and vendors at all levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with various levels of business both internally and externally
- Ability to solve problems with a high sense of urgency that will impact business decisions and outcomes
- Strong ability to analyze data and use that information to make sound business decisions with intermediate excel skills
