Renewals Specialist - 12 Month Contract (Remote)

The impact you'll have:

As our Renewals Specialist you will use your relationship management skills to drive revenue opportunities of our software and support subscription renewals. You will have a direct impact driving business results and improve renewals departmental efficiencies. This is a 12 month contract. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage the beginning of the sales cycle for each renewal opportunity and work closely with our internal sales team.
• Regularly interact and proactively communicate with external partners (vendors) and manufacturers.
• Execute renewal transactions to achieve targets.
• Identify process improvements that will improve our customer experience and assist with projects driving system and business enhancements.
• Demonstrate commitment to lifelong professional learning.
• Manage the opportunity and produce quotes within Salesforce.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience, preferred technology industry.
• Will have exposure with technical and business development responsibilities.
• Bring a customer service mindset.
• Passionate about organization, time management, and attention to detail.
