The impact you will have:


Softchoice’s Assessment Services are designed to provide insights into a customer’s environment, reduce their risk exposure in key areas of Software Asset Management, with a focus on Microsoft Licensing and presenting potential optimization solutions.


What you'll be doing:


  • Compile data from multiple sources to provide an accurate view of customer data and ensure accurate analysis
  • Utilize standard analytical techniques to resolve software licensing issues
  • Use standard tools to complete an analysis of the customer data against their licensing entitlements
  • Conducts simple as well as minor complex activities associated with Microsoft licensing to achieve defined results
  • Track project activities and milestones within Salesforce to provide visibility to stakeholders
  • Manage point in time relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Create the customer facing document and deliver results through consultations with a focus on tangible value for the customer
  • Where applicable, provide knowledge transfer and support to Microsoft Sales Specialist and Account Managers
  • Specialize in Microsoft licensing and provide input on best practice, standards and tools to continue enhancing the solution and their deliverables
  • Focus training & development on licensing knowledge to support all offerings
  • Provide regular input on practices/process and resources

What you'll bring to the table:


  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma and/or 3 years of experience within a technology-based organization
  • Must have relevant vendor certifications at time of hire or within predefined onboarding time frame
  • Professional analytical skills with ability to navigate somewhat complex licensing scenarios
  • Proficiency with MS Office - specifically Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide advice to clients in a professional manner
