Working across Public Sector sales leadership, Solution Marketing, Partner Alliance Managers, the Growth Marketing team, and WWT Marketing, the Manager sets direction, aligns resources, and guides execution across campaigns, content, events, and partner programs. This role sits within Growth Marketing; the specific reporting line is to be confirmed.
This role is hybrid with the expectation of working 1-2 times per month in your local office as well as up to 10% travel for conferences.
What you'll do:

• Develop audience personas, buying journeys, and outcome-led messaging frameworks tailored to senior public sector stakeholders.
• Design the program architecture for each vertical across owned, earned, event, partner-funded, and account-based marketing tactics.
• Own the strategic content calendar across all three verticals in coordination with Softchoice Brand, Content, and WWT Marketing teams.
• Brief internal teams, agencies, and vendors on campaign priorities, content requirements, and event strategy, and review outputs before launching.
Partner Co-Marketing & MDF Strategy
• Own the Public Sector partner co-marketing strategy, including identifying and prioritizing opportunities with strategic technology partners.
• Build and present MDF business cases and maintain accountability for partner commitments, program delivery, and claims.
• Lead joint go-to-market messaging and offer development with partner marketing counterparts for public sector procurement audiences.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with partner marketing and WWT Partner Alliance teams, representing Softchoice in planning sessions and co-marketing reviews.
Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with Industry Advisors to shape thought leadership, including white papers, executive briefs, event keynotes, and digital content series.
• Serve as the marketing lead within the Public Sector business unit, participating in pipeline reviews, QBRs, and account planning sessions.
• Identify scalable programmes, including executive roundtables and summits, and adapt them across verticals and institutions.
• Build relationships with external organizations and industry bodies to deepen vertical insight and strengthen market credibility.
• Oversee the external reference and proof-point library, ensuring customer outcomes are packaged into assets that support active sales pursuits.
Cross-Functional Alignment, Performance & Leadership
• Align Growth Marketing, Solution Marketing, Public Sector sales, Partner Alliances, and WWT Marketing to coordinate resources, avoid duplication, and amplify programme impact.
• Ensure programmes align to contract vehicles, procurement timelines, and buying cycles specific to each vertical.
• Manage the Public Sector marketing budget, MDF commitments, spend forecasts, and investment allocation across programmes and verticals.
• Report on programme performance, budget pacing, pipeline contribution, ROI, and brand metrics, owning the performance narrative for business and marketing leadership.
