The impact you’ll have:

 

The primary responsibility of the GTM Operations and Process Specialist is to support the creation and governance of the GTM Campaign management and Lead management processes.  Asana administration, process documentation, and communication to all stakeholders. 

 

What you’ll do:

 

Asana Administration & Process Development 

  • Serve as the Asana admin, managing governance, user onboarding, access, and platform structure.  
  • Build and optimize workflow templates supporting marketing campaigns, partner programs, events, and operational requests.  
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration and reporting through workflow design and process standardization.  
  • Drive ongoing Asana enhancements to ensure scalability, efficiency, and visibility across RGM teams. 

Campaign Execution Support 

  • Manage operational workflows across Asana, Eloqua, and Salesforce for campaign and event execution.  
  • Support campaign setup in Eloqua and assist with accurate lead flow and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce.  
  • Upload campaign tasks and contact lists into Salesforce to support sales enablement and initiatives.  
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to maintain data quality and execution consistency 

Partner Program Operations & Tracking 

  • Build and maintain tracking frameworks that centralize visibility of partner initiatives and program deliverables.  
  • Enable PAMs and leadership to monitor active partner activities, progress, and engagement.  
  • Manage SPIF tracking, MDF operations, and the OneEnablement scheduling process.  
  • Continuously refine partner-related workflows to support scalability and operational clarity. 

PartnerTap Administration 

  • Oversee PartnerTap user onboarding, access management, and platform maintenance.  
  • Maintain platform configuration to ensure accurate account mapping and partner collaboration visibility.  
  • Serve as primary point of contact with the PartnerTap team for updates and issue resolution.  
  • Support internal teams in maximizing value from PartnerTap’s ecosystem collaboration capabilities. 

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

 

Education:  

  • Post-secondary education is a benefit 

Experience 

  • 2+ years of business experience in operational, process-oriented, or project-based work. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in a clear, accessible, and compelling way. 
  • Experience managing stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization. 
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. 
  • Skilled in designing, managing, and improving processes. 
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities. 
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams. 
  • Background in B2B technology or related industries. 
  • Experience engaging directly with senior leaders. 
  • Thrives in environments with change, ambiguity, and evolving requirements. 

Knowledge  

  • Exceptional communicator with enthusiasm for presenting, process mapping, and governance. 
  • Asks strong, clarifying questions to align work with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Prior Asana administration or advanced user experience. 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 

 

 

Compensation:

 

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Ontario is $62,400 to $78,000 annually + 8% target incentives.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
