The impact you will have:


As our Compensation Administrator/ Anallyst, you will work on matters related to incentive and variable compensation. Work with sales and non-sales channels to resolve any issues quickly and accurately around Incentive. Participate in the annual incentive compensation design and planning process. Provide standard and on-demand reports and analyses. Assist with communicating compensation plans to key stakeholders. 


What you'll do:


  • Administer incentives calculations inside and outside our Incentive Compensation Management system (Xactly)
  • Be a contributor in the annual compensation planning cycle – compensation plan change modeling, change cost modeling, break-even analysis, sensitivity analysis, and compensation document creation/distribution
  • Participate in training and communication of incentive compensation programs and processes
  • Provide accruals for Finance on incentive payouts monthly 
  • Evaluate and analyze effectiveness of current year compensation plans
  • Develop processes and cadences to report program effectiveness
  • Build and maintain incentive calculators to support the annual planning process
  • Support ad hoc projects as required

What you'll bring to the table:


  • 1 or 2 years of experience in HR with an interest in sales compensation, incentive program administration/design, or sales operations
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge in MS Excel
  • Experience partnering with HRBP and business to have compensation conversation
  • Ability to work well independently and within team environment
  • Experience with Xactly or other ICM systems would be an asset
  • Experience with PowerPivot and/or PowerBI would be an asset
  • CCP designation (or working towards) would be an asset
