If you are an experienced sales leader who is passionate about leading change and are looking for an opportunity to drive organization-wide impact, then the Commercial Development Program Manager role at Softchoice is for you!   We are looking for a focused self-starter, where getting things done and managing outcomes is second nature, to deploy and grow our new CDAE program.  At Softchoice, we are constantly looking for ways to better serve our clients and to unleash the potential of our sales team.  You will play a crucial role in enabling that through our newly deployed team of CDAEs. 


Reporting into the Director of Sales Operations, as the CDAE Program Manager, you will be responsible for deploying and growing our new CDAE sales program at Softchoice.  Your focus on driving collaboration to ensure strong engagement, development and knowledge sharing will ensure delivery of expected program outcomes.    
What you’ll do: 

  • Build the program with support from the Director, Sales Operations.
  • Collaborate with our Field Sales Leaders.
  • Lead the launch and enablement of the program.  
  • Drive engagement, development and knowledge sharing across CDAEs.   
  • Collaborate with our go-to-market team to ensure alignment and support. 
  • Collaborate with our CDAE operational support to ensure program success. 
  • Own the ongoing management system to track CDAE program outcomes. 

 What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, project-based environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver high visibility, strategic outcomes. 
  • Experience creating, deploying, and managing organizational design programs. 
  • Experience leading change initiatives in a matrixed environment. 
  • Strong influencer and cross functional team player. 
  • Outstanding project management skills. 
  • Outstanding written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • 7+ years of experience leading sales, training, and development.
