The impact you will have:

The Analyst, Planning & Insights, will be focused on building models to set KPI targets and quotas/plans, determining headcount requirements, predicting capacity, and conducting in-depth analysis to understand key drivers to sales growth and operational effectiveness. This is a critical function in supporting the long-term plan of the Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations organizations. The role will require the synthesis of large amounts of data into actionable insights and the ability to communicate them clearly to executive leadership.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Run segments of the annual sales planning model and/or monthly forecast
  • Develop and run operational capacity models
  • Assess sales coverage and customer segments
  • Assess territory optimization and planning guidelines
  • Identify key drivers and trends in operational effectiveness
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for sales compensation/rewards
  • Support modelling of short and long-term impacts of investments
  • Create reporting to track progress towards/evaluate key programs and objectives
  • Support other month end, quarter end and year end planning processes as required

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3 years minimum of work experience in business strategy & operations, sales planning, business analytics, or consulting
  • Highly skilled in Excel with experience building models
  • Strong PowerPoint and communication skills
  • Experienced Power BI user or equivalent experience with visualization tools
  • Experience with a CRM Platform (Saleforce.com) will be beneficial
  • Experience with Statistical analysis in R or Python is a plus
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with sound business judgement
  • Ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Experience working with Sales or Customer data in a B2B and Technology environment
  • The ability to work with high degree of focus and attention to detail is a must
