The impact you will have:


The Amplify Coordinator will focus on the coordination of activities supporting our Bronze and Silver Amplify Partners.  It will include working closely with the Partner Alliance Managers and Partner Marketing Manager responsible for the relationships with our Bronze and Silver Partners.  Initiative, teamwork, analytical skills, creative thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are the key attributes required for the position.


What you’ll do:


  • Assist the Partner Alliance Managers in the management and execution of Amplify activities associated with our Bronze and Silver Partners, including Partner communication, Amplify offers and associated insights.
  • Management of Partner participation in all Engage Series events (Scheduling, content tracking, communication, coordination of event booking etc.).
  • Ongoing execution and management of the Sales Events Calendar for all Amplify Partners (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum).
  • Developing and maintaining the Partner Portal for all Amplify Bronze Partners.
  • Assisting in consolidating communication between internal Softchoice stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for ongoing communication of Amplify program status to our Bronze Partners.
  • General ad-hoc support for the Marketing and Business Unit as required.

What you’ll bring to the table:


  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, business environment.
  • Proven ability to set priorities, plan, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Can successfully navigate internal and external cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure and track ROI and progress towards business objectives.
  • Proven project management skills, and ability to hold individuals to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail; excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Completed post-secondary education, preferred.
