The impact you'll have:

The AI Enablement Lead is responsible for equipping business groups with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to identify and adopt AI opportunities. This role drives organizational AI literacy, fosters a culture of innovation, and ensures successful adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise.

 

What you'll do:

  • Business Group Education & Mindset Shift
    • Design and deliver enablement programs to build AI literacy for leaders, SMEs, and citizen developers.
    • Promote an AI-first mindset through workshops, roadshows, and hands-on labs.
  • Opportunity Identification
    • Facilitate structured workshops with Product Owners and business stakeholders to uncover high-value AI use cases.
    • Guide SMEs in identifying pain points and aspirational goals aligned to business outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Feedback
    • Partner with AI Engineers and Solution Architects to provide SME feedback during design and build phases.
    • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of AI solutions.
    • Develop communication plans, success stories, and training materials to support rollout.
  • Citizen Development Program Ownership
    • Establish and manage a governance framework for citizen developers.
    • Provide enablement playbooks, templates, and office hours for low-code/no-code AI solutions.
    • Build a community of practice to share best practices and reusable assets.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor adoption metrics and feedback loops to refine enablement programs.
    • Collaborate with the AI Competency Center (AICC) or COE to evolve standards and practices.

 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years in enablement, change management, or technology adoption roles.
    • Proven experience in Enterprise wide AI/automation programs or digital transformation initiatives.
    • Proven experience enabling and managing change through industry standard AI & Automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Power Platform)
  • Skills:
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
      • Microsoft Certified qualifications an asset (Azure AI, Power Platform)
    • Knowledge of change management frameworks and adoption strategies.
    • proven ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and drive alignment across executive leadership, business unit managers, and individual contributors
  • Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about driving innovation and cultural change.

Measures of Success

  • Number of business leaders and SMEs trained.
  • Growth and engagement of the citizen developer community.
  • Volume and quality of AI opportunities identified.
  • Adoption rates and feedback scores for AI solutions.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives implemented.

 

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is $91,200 - $136,800.

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances, annual bonus, or commissions etc.), as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
