The impact you will have:
As a Talent Advisor at Softchoice, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, bringing the recruitment process to life through proactive communication, forward thinking, and a deep understanding of the business areas you support. You will be the trusted “go-to” for all talent acquisition matters, helping leaders navigate hiring decisions while ensuring a clear, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process.
In this role, you will leverage internal and external sourcing channels, tools, and data to identify and engage top talent, approaching each search with an innovative and solutions-focused mindset. Your primary focus will be inside sales recruitment — a critical growth engine for our business — while also supporting hiring across outbound sales, corporate functions, operations, and selected technical roles.
This role is hybrid, with an expectation of working in the Toronto office 2-4 times per month.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for early- to mid-career professional hires
- Lead hiring delivery for Inside Sales and TSD, partnering closely with leadership through regular updates, collaboration, and tracking against hiring metrics
- Support hiring for Sales Academy programs across multiple markets and help achieve monthly intake targets
- Execute strategic sourcing strategies, leveraging talent marketing tools, programs, and networks
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and guide hiring leaders toward inclusive hiring decisions
- Develop strong business acumen to provide informed hiring recommendations
- Partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to deliver seamless hiring outcomes
- Provide a best-in-class candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the process
- Contribute to TA initiatives and projects as needed.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Experience recruiting within the IT industry is an asset
- Experience supporting high-volume sales hiring strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing both active and passive talent
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting timelines and hiring goals
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong urgency and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where flexibility is key
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Compensation:
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay for this position is $62,400-$76,000 annually.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
