As a key member of our Demand Generation Team, the Marketing Programs Manager is a data driven individual with a digital-first mindset. This role is responsible for driving demand generation and growth through the development, implementation, management and measurement of multi-channel integrated marketing campaign, embracing the entire customer’s journey.

 

Through strong alignment with our Sales, Partner Marketing, and Solutions Marketing teams, and collaboration with key stakeholders, internal and external resources, the experienced Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for the programs process (planning, creative, execution, performance, and reporting) and ensure that each project meets the objectives originally set. On time and on budget.

 

A successful Marketing Programs Manager thrives in cross-functional roles working alongside other marketers, product, sales and leadership; taking the initiative to strategize and execute targeted integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging a full marketing mix of tactics and channels to deliver sales and margin objectives.

 

What you’ll do: 

 

 

  • Work closely and collaboratively with our Sales teams on campaign planning and execution.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with our Solutions Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams on marketing alignment with our corporate strategy, and long-term marketing plans for their categories.
  • Lead the planning, design and the execution processes of demand generation (acquisition, expansion, retention, pipeline acceleration, win-back, etc.), and retention programs.
  • Work closely with Solutions Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Brand & Communications teams on awareness and sales enablement programs.
  • Develop detailed program plan (segments, marketing channel mix, tactics, cadence, lead flow/assignment, etc.) based on goals and objectives set with the Sales, Solutions Marketing and/or Partner Marketing teams.
  • Analyze audience segmentation and adjust messaging accordingly.
  • Work closely with marketing channel leads (website, email, paid digital, events, etc.), who will collaborate with best practices and support program activities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within internal and external teams to align on program development.
  • Be accountable for programs results, assuring they are launched, executed, and optimized through strong data analysis, project management, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Gather the voice of customer and sales input to define/refine marketing tactics.
  • Bring an “always be testing” mindset to every program execution plan.
  • Analyze the performance of programs and make data-based decisions to optimize effectiveness.
  • Fully manage program performance and attribution to marketing KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, Pipeline and Revenue contribution (source and influence).

 

What you’ll bring to the table: 

 

 

  • Customer centric: Focus and ability to understand the needs of our customers and prospect at every level.
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management (Salesforce.com).
  • Sales experience (nice to have).
  • 5-7 years’ experience in demand generation in a B2B company (tech preferred), designing and executing programs that closely align with Sales channels objectives.
  • 3+ years’ experience working closely with sales teams; with direct and influenced contribution to pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Proven experience in writing and editing across a range of delivery formats (emails, landing pages, ads, etc.).
  • 3+ years’ experience leading cross-functional projects, working with both internal and external resources, with ability to navigate a matrix-managed and geographically dispersed organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Content Marketing, SEM, Social and email marketing.
