The impact you will have:


The Cloud Advisor, Innovation will work on our cloud innovation team here at Softchoice. You will bring excellent customer service experience and an ability to understand a client’s business challenges around cloud use and consumption.  Using this experience and knowledge will enable the role to position value added solutions that help the client understand the transition of contract and the added deliverables they will receive. 


What you’ll do:


•    Learn about the many enhancements that Keystone 1.2 contract brings and be able to advocate for these enhanced delivery values to clients via phone and video meetings.
•    Learn about the cost models of the various legacy managed cloud services and the new 1.2 version services to facilitate the conversations and impacts of customer transitions.
•    Becoming a go to expert in the Innovation team on how to position the value-added capabilities and advanced services of Managed Cloud to our clients and internal peers alike.
•    Providing feedback from clients, known as Voice of Customer (VOC) to solution development team members who manage and innovate managed cloud services offerings.
•    Participating in Innovation activities where the role’s involvement brings experience and direct customer awareness of solution needs and customer experience considerations.
•    Managing a list of existing Keystone customers and schedule meetings and calls with them to convert them to 1.2 contract levels.


What you’ll bring to the table:


•    You are a well-rounded and ambitious technology specialist who excels in customer service environments.
•    Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.
