The impact you will have: 


The Services Renewals Advisor will be focused on supporting our Cisco services renewal opportunities by working closely with our sales teams and supporting the qualification, proposal preparation and client management. The purpose of the Services Renewals Advisor is to provide pre-sales support to a dedicated sales region. This role is part of a team that manages the lifecycle and renewal of Cisco contracts. This person will be responsible for managing the renewal cycle from end-to-end for all assigned Keystone/Smartnet contracts. In addition, this person will assist and influence the growth of Keystone Essential Renewal contracts. 


What you’ll do:  


  • Partner with sales and interact directly with customers to provide sales support throughout the quoting/selling cycle of the contract renewal process 
  • Elevate the knowledge of the sales team 
  • Build strong relationships with sales reps, vendors and customers 
  • Work with Softchoice’s vendors to find the best pricing, services availability, and alternative solutions to solve customers’ needs, create quotes and apply discounts 
  • Constantly learn the latest support offerings, pricing programs, and selling processes 
  • Responsible for tracking assigned renewal quotes at 90, 60, 30 days 
  • Responsible for determining why customers do not renew their contracts and noting this in Salesforce 
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand the renewal that will impact the growth of the business 
  • Be highly available and responsive to the assigned regional sales teams 
  • Work closely with clients and vendors to validate inventory to ensure accuracy 
  • Provide business forecast to manager 
  • Ability to learn high level product information and to be an advisor as it relates to the vendors portfolio of products and services 


What you’ll bring to the table: 


  • A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field 
  • 2-5yrs experience working in a similar role 
  • Demonstrate the ability to be proactive and manage client needs 
  • Past experience in a customer facing role and a proven ability to build relationships with clients and vendors 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with various levels of business both internally and externally 
  • Ability to solve problems with a high sense of urgency that will impact business decisions and outcomes 
  • Strong ability to analyze data and use that information to make sound business decisions with intermediate excel skills
