What you’ll do:

  • Our Customer Engagement Model: This isn’t your typical sales job. You think differently about sales, and provide value by helping our customer bridge gaps in their business, and reach their goals through technology. You understand your customer's business thoroughly, to lead with personalized market insights, compelling cases for change and innovation, and help them see the path forward to success.   • Leadership and Collaboration: You are a passionate and disciplined sales professional. You are comfortable making cold calls as well as eager to meet face-to-face with existing customers. Working alongside our partners, you are able to collaborate with executives from the world’s most innovative tech companies, to deliver fresh and bold new solutions. You achieve all of this while taking care of your fellow team members, upholding excellent business acumen, expertly managing your pipeline and showing true leadership when challenges arise.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • • Oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts across multiple industries.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing client bases and with potential customers.
    • Cultivate strong connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Leverage an established network in Saskatchewan and/or Manitoba to accelerate business growth.
    • Partner with internal teams and technology vendors to deliver tailored customer solutions.
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and work diligently toward revenue objectives.
    • Understand clients’ business needs and align technology solutions to achieve their goals.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights.
     
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of four years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally within technology or IT solutions.
    • Established network of commercial customers in Saskatchewan and/or Manitoba, enabling rapid business development.
    • Background working for a technology reseller, VAR, MSP, or vendor.
    • Demonstrated ability to foster customer relationships and drive new revenue.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong focus on business development.
    • Skilled at managing multiple opportunities and competing priorities.
    • Experience with cloud, software, hardware, or managed services is a significant asset.
    • Collaborative, eager to learn, and committed to team success.
     
    Measures of Success:
    • Building enduring customer relationships.
    • Growing account revenues and identifying expansion opportunities.
    • Consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
    • Earning the role of trusted advisor for commercial clients.
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
     

Pay Range:
The expected base wage rate for this role is $75,000 Combined base plus incentives at target is $160,000.

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances, annual bonus, or commissions etc.), as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
