We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Advisor to join our team in Montreal, where you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top-notch professionals for both technical and sales roles.


As a Talent Advisor, you will be in the unique role of partnering with both our technical and sales leaders to source, assess and advise on top quality talent.  You are a dynamic, seasoned recruitment professional who fosters meaningful partnerships that fuel talent and drive organizational growth. You are a natural collaborator and you’re always up for a challenge. You receive enormous satisfaction from helping others and making an impact. 


At Softchoice, the Talent Advisor brings the recruitment process to life with proactive communication, forward thinking and the desire to really learn and understand the business areas you support.  You are seen as a “go to” for the hiring leaders on all things talent acquisition and truly facilitate a clearly defined process.


What you’ll do:


  • Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in partnership with across the organization for technical, outbound sales, and corporate roles
  • Strategic sourcing and leveraging/executing all available talent marketing tools and programs
  • Embrace our organizational diversity goals in each search process by sourcing diverse candidate slates for each role and guiding hiring leaders through diverse candidate selection.
  • Actively building business acumen
  • Collaborate with other members of the talent acquisition and the People & Culture team.
  • Provide a “best in class” candidate and hiring leader experience.
  • Partner on projects and initiatives, as required.

What you’ll bring to the table:


  • Bilingual in French/English is required
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition advisory experience
  • Experience sourcing sales roles across multiple markets (US and Canada)
  • Proven experience sourcing & hiring mid to senior level technical talent (Cloud, Digital Acceleration)
  • Successfully manage several competing priorities while meeting expected timelines
  • Solution oriented with a strong sense of urgency.  We move fast here!
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze recruitment data to drive improvements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative & self-driven sourcing skills to attract “hard to find skill sets” and diverse talent
  • Ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with hiring leaders
