Our Territory Account Executives are the growth-engines of Softchoice — acquiring more than half of new targets in the years ahead.  We're counting on you to seize this chance to smash quotas, conquer milestones and help us achieve our vision, as you pursue your own.

 

Please note, this role is hybrid with the expectation of being in the office 1-2 times per week.


What you’ll do:

 

  • Support your customer’s needs, while consistently delivering added-value and pursuing new business
  • Prospect, cold call new contacts, grow and diversify your territory
  • Apply analytical and strategic thinking, finding unique approaches to hitting your plan
  • Break ground on new relationships and skillfully overcome challenges with customers and team members


What you’ll bring to the table:

 

  • An effective, metric-driven sales person with a proven track record of success.
  • You will also have 1 to 3 years of sales or retail experience.
  • Confidence and business acumen; willingness to learn about the ever-changing world of enterprise technology.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent, preferred.

 

Compensation:
 The base salary rate for this role is $55,000. Combined base plus incentives at target is $73,000.

 

This role follows a structured leveling model, where progression is tied to performance. Team members become tenure-eligible for advancement at 9 months, and can continue to progress through multiple levels (TAE I, II, III and beyond) as they grow their impact - unlocking increased scope, responsibility, and total compensation at each stage. 


Fluency in English is required for this position, as the candidate will have to collaborate daily with unilingual English-speaking colleagues and clients outside Quebec.
