The Customer Strategy and Solution Sales Team is entrusted with shaping the customer services sales strategy for key high-growth accounts, driving district growth. As leaders of innovative thought, champions of customer outcomes, and advocates of the Softchoice strategy, we are at the forefront of industry leadership.
As a Customer Solution Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers towards cost reduction, technology optimization, and business innovation through our Professional, Managed, and Agility services. Focused areas include:
- Business Consulting
- Applications and Data
- Collaboration and Productivity
- Modern infrastructure
- Security
What you'll do:
- Harness your consultative selling skills to identify and address business challenges faced by customers, steering them towards tailored Cloud and Workplace solutions.
- Take ownership of driving growth and overseeing a portfolio of business with a dedicated emphasis on Services.
- Formulate, sustain, and execute comprehensive account plans and closing strategies.
- Effectively articulate the Softchoice value proposition, showcasing our capabilities to customers and partners alike.
- Proactively cultivate and sustain trust with customers and partners.
- Craft and deliver impactful presentations tailored to the needs of customers and partners.
- Collaborate seamlessly with district sales teams and leaders to propel business outcomes.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Proven expertise in utilizing technical solutions to navigate and resolve complex business challenges and objectives.
- Robust comprehension of Cloud and Workplace solutions, encompassing Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Office 365.
- Ability to elucidate the intrinsic value of Cloud solutions for infrastructure, applications, and data.
- Proficient articulation of the value proposition associated with the Modern Workplace.
- Comprehensive understanding of unique use cases associated with each Cloud provider.
- Demonstrated track record in the development and execution of sales strategies for Professional and Managed Services solutions.
- Proven experience in proactively managing relationships across all organizational levels and mobilizing stakeholders to achieve key deliverables.
- A blend of creative and analytical thinking, coupled with a customer-centric approach and exemplary decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing a substantial portfolio focused on Services, including pipeline generation, forecasting, leveraging propensity data, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Accumulated 10+ years of experience in selling technical solutions within a sales capacity.
