The Customer Solution Sales Team is accountable for the customer services sales strategy on select high-growth accounts and supporting district growth.  We are thought leaders, champions of customer outcomes, and evangelists of our Softchoice strategy.

  

As a Customer Solutions Sales Lead, you will help customers reduce their spending, optimize their technology, and innovate business through our Professional, Managed, and Agility services focused on:

 

  • Security
  • Modern Infrastructure
  • Collaboration and Productivity
  • Applications and Data
  • AI

 

What you'll do:

  • Leverage your consultative selling skills to uncover business challenges customers face and drive right-fit Cloud and Workplace solutions for customers.
  • Be accountable for driving growth and managing a book of business focused on Services.
  • Create, maintain, and execute account plans and close plans.
  • Articulate the Softchoice value proposition and present our capabilities to customers and partners.
  • Actively work to build and maintain trust with customers and partners.
  • Create and deliver relevant presentations to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with district sales teams and leaders to drive business results.


What you'll bring to the table:

  • Strong understanding of industry and technology trends and how they affect customer’s strategy.
  • Reading the room and being comfortable to present in front of business leaders or larger audiences.
  • Able to map key stakeholders to their objectives and how they think they’ll get there.
  • Connecting the dots between customer’s lines of business’ requirements and Cloud and Workplace solutions, including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Office 365.
  • Articulate the value of the Cloud for infrastructure, applications, and data.
  • Ability to understand and define where a customer is in their journey to the Cloud.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-year roadmaps.
  • Lead the development of proposals and Statements of Work including the ability to assess the correct levels of effort, budget, and project deliverables.
  • Thorough understanding of the use cases unique to each Cloud provider.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and driving sales for Professional and Managed Services solutions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with partner representatives.
  • Experience proactively managing relationships at all organizational levels and mobilizing stakeholders to execute and meet key deliverables.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with a strong customer service approach and excellent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a market attack plan and a services sales strategy for the year.
  • Experience running a book of business focused on Services, including pipeline generation, forecasting, leveraging propensity data, and achieving sales quotas.
  • 5+ years of experience selling technical solutions in a sales or pre-sales role.
  • Ability to travel often within your Sales District (varies based on your specific district).
