The impact you will have:
The Territory Sales Supervisor role is a great opportunity for our own Softchoice seasoned sales professionals to flex their leadership skills by taking on the responsibility and challenge of developing, leading and mentoring Territory Account Executive (Levels 1 and 2).
The Territory Sales Supervisor will lead a team of up to 6 TAE’s, responsible for a team quota along with individually supporting some strategic buying accounts.
The Territory Sales Supervisor is a leadership role. This person will be responsible for driving Sales Revenue and GP through managing a team of Territory Account Executives within a larger team while managing a portfolio of dedicated strategic buying accounts. The focus will be to drive hardware, software and services business into potential and existing customers while building and managing a highly motivated sales team.
What you’ll do:
· Reporting into a Territory Sales Leader, leading Level 1 and 2 TSR’s
· Achieving team Sales Targets for team by ensuring the majority of reps are performing over plan
· Developing & executing against a daily/weekly/monthly management process
· Coaching by participating in customer engagement
· Creating and implementing business strategy to expand customer footprint, revenue & profit in the sales team territory
· Driving sales activities that will generate pipeline opportunities
· Tightly managing a 30, 60 and 90 day forecast
· Analyzing reports and KPI’s to identify business trends and rep performance concerns
· Performance management of under-performers with guidance from your leader
· Acting as an escalation point to customers, both internal & external to constantly improve customer experience
· Assisting in designing sales territories, sales plans and compensation plans
What you’ll bring to the table:
· Minimum 2 years sales experience required within Softchoice
· Must have in depth knowledge of both our software licensing and hardware products business
· Enthusiastic learner with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
· Highschool diploma or equivalent, preferred
