The impact you will make:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for Professional Services to lead our highly skilled Microsoft 365 delivery team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and client success, combined with exceptional leadership and team management skills. The Manager will oversee project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and drive the growth and effectiveness of our Microsoft 365 professional services.

 

What you'll do:

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Microsoft 365 professionals, including consultants, solution architects, and engineers.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous learning within the team.

  • Ensure effective resourcing of projects, balancing workloads across the team to meet delivery timelines.

Project Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.

  • Develop and implement processes to enhance delivery efficiency and consistency across projects.

  • Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to resolve escalations and mitigate risks.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their Microsoft 365 strategies.

  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.

  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal development.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Define and execute a strategic vision for the Microsoft 365 delivery team in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

  • Identify growth opportunities for professional services offerings and contribute to business development efforts.

 

What you will bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in information technology, Business Management, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services or IT consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Proven expertise in delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, including migrations, implementations, and customizations.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Security & Compliance.

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Project management experience, with a focus on waterfall or agile methodologies, is highly desirable.

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or PMP are a plus.
