Position Summary:

As an Aruba Partner Account Executive, you will be the expert for Aruba networking solutions within Softchoice. Your mission is to grow Aruba’s presence and revenue, engage our sales teams, and act as a strategic liaison between HPE Aruba Field Sellers and Softchoice’s sales and technical teams. You’ll play a critical role in shaping customer outcomes, driving solution adoption, and building long-term value through Aruba’s portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth

  • Drive Aruba networking business growth across Softchoice’s Canadian customer base.
  • Identify can close Net-new Aruba and Softchoice Customers.
  • Develop new opportunities in collaboration with sales and HPE Aruba teams.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and campaigns aligned with Aruba’s roadmap.

Sales Engagement

  • Educate and enable Softchoice sellers on Aruba’s value proposition, solutions, and differentiators.
  • Provide pre-sales support including solution design, demos, and customer presentations.

Technical Leadership

  • Earn and maintain Aruba Certifications.
  • As the Subject Matter Expert, stay current on Aruba’s product portfolio, including wired/wireless networking, security, and cloud-managed solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal architects and engineers to ensure solution integrity and scalability.

Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between HPE Aruba Field Sellers and Softchoice teams.
  • Facilitate joint account planning, pipeline development, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Represent Softchoice in Aruba partner forums, trainings, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in networking architecture, with a focus on Aruba or similar enterprise networking solutions.
  • Strong understanding of wired/wireless LAN, SD-Branch, NAC, and cloud-managed networking.
  • Aruba certifications (ACSA, ACMP, ACCX, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence sales outcomes and build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a partner/reseller or vendor environment is a plus.
